My Art Brief
MyArtBrief.com is a new and innovative website that aims to put every person in the UK within 20 miles of an Artist who can undertake an Art Commission on their behalf.
MyArtBrief.com is not a simple directory of Artists. The website facilitates the entire commissioning process between the Customer and Artist in easy to follow steps. A ‘Conversation’ facility to promote dialogue between the Customer and Artist can be used at all stages of the process:
1.) Creation of a detailed Brief by the Customer.
2.) Matching of Artist Profiles to the Brief based on the Artists Skills and Distance to Customer.
3.) Notification to Artists of matching Briefs.
4.) Submission of Quotes and Schedules by an Artist to the Customer.
5.) Customer acceptance of Quote/Schedule, creation of Contract and full payment processed by MyArtBrief Ltd.
6.) Dispute management should anything go wrong during the process.
7.) Handover of finished Artwork and payment to Artist.
The website currently provides further information, a place to Register Your Interest and will soon be updated to allow Artists of all competence levels to register and create their profile. At the end of the registration period the site will be updated to allow the general public to submit their Briefs. The site is free to use and we only take a very small commission when the finished artwork is handed over.
