Internship – Blue State Digital

Blue State Digital is seeking highly motivated undergraduates, graduate students and recent grads.

The BSD summer internship programme is designed to immerse interns in every element of the company: from internal creative brainstorms to meetings with our diverse group of clients, all aimed at providing interns with real-world experience of what it’s like to work at an innovative digital marketing firm.

Interns will do substantive work on real projects with the biggest brands and charities, learn about the history of the company and highlights of our work, and collaborate with another intern on a project to present to our core executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

A day in the life:

On a typical day, an intern with the London team will:

  • Conduct research on industries, innovations, or client competitors and present findings in a cohesive and useful way
  • Support the team during development and idea generation sessions with the potential to lead sessions by the end of the internship
  • Assist with the creation of deliverables, such as memos, presentations, and briefs
    Contribute ideas to projects and actively participate in team meetings

On an a typical day, an intern with the London team might join our pub quiz team, or go on trips with us to our favourite galleries.

Required Qualifications:

The London team is looking for interns who are:

  • Passionate
  • Self-starters
  • Good at thinking on their feet
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in the research and insights that drive successful digital projects
  • Interested in all things digital, from building websites to running social media campaigns
