Digital Technology in Art
Over the past few decades, art and tech have increasing interlocked, whether it’s through providing new ways to mix different types of media, allowing more human interaction or simply making the process of creating it easier.
But how can you adapt your own practice, push your own technology or art, to take advantage of the Digital Revolution? Digital Technology In Art: Join The Revolution may provide you with a few ideas…
In this enlightening and illustrative event, we explore the different ways digital creators are transforming the way we interact with the world, from working with dancers to perfect movement in gaming and film and creating art that allows gallery visitors to engage with it in a multi-dimensional way to designing apps that bring storybooks to life and transforming illustrations into animations and on-trend interactive comic books.
There will be a particular emphasis on how illustrators and visual artists can work within the various digital tech realms.
You’ll hear from digital creators and animators, as well as have the opportunity to test out a number of digital design tools.
