There was a broad range of possible topics to choose from and collectively you have covered a variety of ethical issues around business or educational applications of social media. It is clear that you have also learned a lot from reading and commenting on the work of your colleagues with different viewpoints.<\/p>\n
It would have been good if more of you had started your discussions with a definition of \u201cethics\u201d \u2013 this would have given you more of a framework against which to assess your choice of topic. The best posts recognised that ethical\/unethical behaviour cannot be categorised simply in yes\/no terms, and the challenge lies in assessing where the boundaries lie and making appropriate choices.<\/p>\n
By this stage of the course there is no reason for submitting topics with basic aspects missing\/incorrect:<\/p>\n
ALL POSTS MUST HAVE AN ACCURATE WORD COUNT AT THE END.<\/p>\n
ALL COMMENTS MUST BE LINKED TO DIRECTLY (NOT A LINK TO THE MAIN BLOG PAGE).<\/p>\n
ALL REFLECTIONS SHOULD FEATURE VISUALS – SELF-PRODUCED VISUALS AS SUMMARIES OR CONCLUSIONS ARE ESPECIALLY USEFUL.<\/p>\n
