So, rather than checking back each day it may be useful for you to use RSS (Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication) so you are updated automatically. For an introduction to RSS see the <a title=\"RSS WIkipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RSS\">RSS Wikipedia article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you use Outlook on your PC then you can right-click the RSS Feeds folder in the left hand side and choose Add a New RSS Feed. If you do this on a PC then these feeds will also be visible when you access Outlook via SUSSED or Outlook Web Access.
