We were given the task to discuss <em>ways in which an authentic professional profile can be developed<\/em>, and I started of thinking about what <u>authenticity<\/u> means and how can you use authenticity in building your professional profiles.<\/p>\n<p>After writing my blog post, and reading posts on the topic from others, commented and read comments, I feel like I have gotten a broader insight on the topic and some new ideas on other ways to create an authentic professional online profiles. My post was mainly on dos and don&#8217;ts to create these on LinkedIn. Others focused more on twitter and other platforms which was really interesting. <\/p>\n<p>To conclude on the topic these are important things to create authentic content for your professional online profile:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; true and honest<br \/>\n&#8211; represent the real you<br \/>\n&#8211; all of your professional online (and public personal) profiles should represent the same peak and not clash with each other so that your profile is clear and true. <\/p>\n<p>You can create a professional profile on many different online platforms. The biggest one and most straight forward &#8216;professional&#8217; one is no doubt LinkedIn.
