Even if I act in the name of a company or I want to be hire by one, I have to be a positive presence in this noisy universe of human capital [1]. This modern perspective regarding the importance of being an authentic and valuable sign in this wave of noise, which is the Internet; have been changed over the 10 year. According to Trenor Kanfman [2] , in the future years, not only that our online identity could affects the life, but &#8216;every word which we say can be used by the political opponents&#8217; for a presidential election. This aspect could be seen odd by the visitor\u2019s users, but it&#8217;s starting to be a real base for the main television. These mass-media companies, uses Facebook or Twitter posts as real messages from different public figure.&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Before I apply to university, because I wanted to be accepted by the best ones from United Kingdom, I was advised to be care regarding the photos which I post on social networks. This advice is a result of an application rejection from the University Of Cambridge of a very good person, who\u2019s Twitter profile photo was showing him drinking. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Thus, it is important for us to brand our self in a positive sense. Since, 2010 I am being working on a project called Virtual Share (<a href=\"http:\/\/vsh.ro\/en\">http:\/\/vsh.ro\/en<\/a>). It is mainly in Romanian language, but the idea which I drew is that using SEG (Search Engine Optimization) you can help a website to gain more visits from search engines (such as Google or Yahoo). We can apply the same concept for humans: we can try to filter and produce better pages for people such that google returns the best results.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Hence, I had to be more careful regarding the content which was indexed by Google. Try to be as much as open.<\/b> There are now different types of networks (social, messages, work) which can paint your online personas.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Be honest with you, thus be honest with others.<\/b> Do not create a fake profile which has no relation with your real identity (a famous case could be the Yahoo director)<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Social media helps both the employer and the employee<\/b>. As an example we can have the case of Hootsuite company, which uses Twitter as the first step in its selection process of employee [3].
