The observation to be noted is that the majority of the work is scheduled during the Easter break. This is because of deadlines etc. consuming many people&#8217;s times as well as giving the team some flexibility with contingency time. In this manner, the team should return after the break with a lot of the work done and having two weeks to make appropriate modifications.
