Those guidelines will be considered as a baseline for the application design rather than rules that the team must strictly follow. <strong>Usability.gov<\/strong> offers Research-Based <a href=\"http:\/\/guidelines.usability.gov\">Web Design and Usability Guidelines<\/a> in a searchable database.
