2015-03-03	6	2.5 hr	We went through some good coursework examples had been done and got a general idea about how to get started. We brainstormed some initial ideas and finally chose the idea of connecting people with different skills. We set up our blog using WordPress, using Facebook group and Google Doc to share contents with teammates, using Burndown Chart as tracking tools to guarantee all tasks being done on time. We assigned a team leader to steer the group and we also allocated tasks to ourselves. We came up a list of tasks and get started on Initial Plan, Survey Questions, Analysis of existing similar work, Links to related news items in the media(Links to news about Skill Barter, In The News), Why Social Networks and Initial Mockups (Paper Prototype) .
2015-03-10	6	2 hr	We built a basic Initial Mockups (Paper Prototype) to demonstrate our idea, brainstormed the initial Functional Requirements, Non functional Requirements and User Stories (Scenarios & Personas). We modified our Survey Questions based on our brainstorming.
2015-03-17	6	1 hr	We went through marking scheme and adjusted our tasks to meet the requirements. We made our survey questions delivered. We specifically defined team members’ responsibility.
2015-03-24	4	1 hr	We collected survey results, and started analysing feedbacks from surveyed people. We discussed Architectural Design about our app and Use Case Diagram. We had a discussion on how Graph Theory relates to our app.
2015-04-01	4	1 hr	We drew conclusions from survey feedbacks and modified our Functional Requirements, Non functional Requirements and User Stories (Scenarios & Personas). Due to Easter Holidays, some members were on holiday. We had the meeting via Skype when it was convenient to us all. But we didn’t do much work during the holidays.
2015-04-08	5	1.5 hr	We got started on Business Model Canvas, Front Stage Canvas and Back Stage Canvas. We went deeper on Social / Ethical considerations with Reputation based Trust. We had a discussion on Perceived attributes of innovation. We worked on Game Theory behind Skillted
2015-04-17	6	2 hr	We discussed about prototype, analysing features which would fit our design and which could be done better. We consummated works on Social / Ethical considerations part: Power of a Skilled SkillTed User and Social and ethical considerations. We sorted out all works we had done and made allowances for coursework demands. We made plans for the remaining tasks and speeded up our progress. We aimed to go further on More Graph Theory concepts related to Skillted. We came up with detailed Standards and Protocols.
2015-04-24	6	2 hr	We developed Matching Algorithm. We had completed most of our tasks, and we met with our mentor and she gave us feedback on what we had done so far and we used the feedback to make our content more relevant. We also built a tech Demo for SkillTed. We classified All Works We Have Done based on recommended progresses from our coursework. We tried to chain up all the works we had done into an overview in order to pitch to dragons den panel. We discussed about Reflective Summary to summarise our works.
2015-04-30	6	1 hr	We went through the blog for final revisions and also agreed to meet next week for a practice run for the dragons den pitch.
