Business Model Canvas is a tool that helps businesses create and develop business management strategies. It comprises of nine building blocks which we have divided into two aspects, which are, the Front stage and Back stage canvas. Contained below is a brief overview of the nine building blocks aimed at those wanting to a quick glance of what each block stands for. 1. Front Stage Canvas
1.1 Value proposition – This comprises of the bundles and services we offer to our target customers
1.2 Customer Segment – This comprises of the people and organizations to whom we target to provide value to.
1.3 Channels – This describes the touch points we would use to get in touch with our customers. In terms of making our product known and describing our services to end users and delivering value.
1.4 Customer Relationships – This describes the form and methods we would be using to keep regular communications to our customers.
1.5 Revenue Stream – This describes how we are going to generate revenue and make profits for the services we offer.
2. Back Stage Canvas
2.1 Partners – These are the people we need to work with and exchange ideas in certain areas for the benefits of both parties.
2.2 Key Activities – This describes external and internal factors to enable us stay in line with our goals. The things we need to keep up with and maintain to remain relevant.
2.3 Key Resources – In this section we list down and describe the resources we need to keep us active and indispensable.
2.4 Cost Structure – This describes the monetary aspect of Skillted – what would consume the most in terms of expenses.
