This is just a brief summary of what has been going on in the group in the last few weeks.

An ERGO application has been made and still awaiting approval from our supervisor.

We have had weekly meetings to fine tune the idea we have presently by thinking of other additional features which would make it different from existing similar ideas.

First mentor meeting was held with Mandy Lo who suggested we adopt some form of team management approach to this project.

She suggested that for each topic on the course syllabus, we should assign
1 person to write a short academic background for that topic.
1 person to find relevant practical examples.
1 person to write how it applies/ not apply to your project.
1 person to change the app design accordingly.
2 persons as critical reviewers.

Over the next few weeks, we plan to assign specific tasks to members of the team depending on their interests.
