Unfazed the girls went out with high intensity and finished the quarter 9-16.<br \/>\nNumerous fouls in quarters 2 and 3 led both teams to the free throw line on several occasions slowing the game to a manageable pace for UWE and allowing them to enter the final quarter up at 39-34.<br \/>\nHowev<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">er, a few wise words from the coach led our girls to step up their game both offensively and defensively in the final quarter. A 1-3-1 defensive zone and some strong moves and rebounds inside the paint left UWE trailing 11-22 in the forth. Final result? A 50-56 win.
