This new version brings a series of enhancements and new features, as well as an updated interface. In order to keep our tool in step with the ServiceNow release cycle, we&#8217;ve been planning the upgrade of our version to Fuji over the last few months and are now ready to promote this update into our live environment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-4395\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/servicemanagement\/files\/2016\/01\/Fuji.jpg\" alt=\"Fuji\" width=\"543\" height=\"407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/servicemanagement\/files\/2016\/01\/Fuji.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/servicemanagement\/files\/2016\/01\/Fuji-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/servicemanagement\/files\/2016\/01\/Fuji-365x274.jpg 365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the majority of key business processes, including Incident logging and management, the processes should remain entirely unchanged so the impact on most users will be minimal.
