A number of small changes have been implemented in ServiceNow to target minor improvements:
- Group managers were able to add people to their teams but not remove them. This has now been fixed.
- A BRM field has been added to Department records where the department is a Faculty or top tier Professional Service.  This will eventually feed into additional improvements around portfolio management.
- When attachments were added to emails sent using the email button on a ticket, the attachment was not added to the ticket itself. Â This has now been changed so attachments added to emails sent via the email client will be copied onto the ticket and a log of when this happened will appear in the Activity Log.
- Applicant students from Banner were being imported as type “None” – they will now be imported as type “Applicant”. Â Existing records have been updated to reflect this too.
