We\u00a0have nick named these informal and useful sessions: \u2018computing and cake\u2019. \u00a0We currently host meetings twice a term where teachers bring in hints and tips for teaching computer science, share challenges and explore how to encourage more young people to take STEM subjects at college and degree level. This is also your chance to meet with experts in the field of computer science and visit the University of Southampton\u2019s computer science facilities.\u00a0Please google for CAS Hampshire to find out for when our next meeting is. We would be delighted if you could join us.\u00a0 We provide cake, coffee and the space at no cost.\u00a0We have also hosted a hugely popular CAS Hampshire conference, where over 300 teachers attended. It would be great to see you there at our next one.\u00a0Please get in touch if you are interested in either of the above opportunities.<\/p>\n<h2>* Careers Events:<\/h2>\n<p>We are very excited to be invited to school open days and career events. We are able to do this with a bit of notice.
