Of the two teams that homologated (Imperial College&#8217;s IC-r-us and Middlesex Universities Kings of Pawn) the results were as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Ranking (after five qualifying rounds)<\/p>\n<p>21st place\u00a0IC-r-us (390 points) Played 5; Won 1; Lost 3; Drawn 1; Scratch 0<\/p>\n<p>32nd place Kings of Pawn (160 points) Played 4; Won 3; Lost 1; Drawn 0; Scratch 0<\/p>\n<p>The Middlesex team (Kings of Pawn) won the award for the lowest cost robot to take part in the world final.<\/p>\n<p>Full results can be found here: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurobot2011.ru\/134.html\">http:\/\/www.eurobot2011.ru\/134.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Overall, the RRT team\u00a0from Austria won the grand finale against the Unict team from Italy 2-1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teams from the UK competed in the Eurobot 2011 world final in Astrakhan, Russia during 28 June to 3 July.
