systems suffer from low endurance (3-20 min), lack of stable flight in typical wind gusts (10 m\/s) and power supply issues.<strong> <\/strong>One of my recent research <a href=\"http:\/\/eprints.mdx.ac.uk\/3861\/1\/The_Future_of_Battlefield_Micro_Air_Vehicle_Systems.pdf\">papers <\/a>discusses these and other issues surrounding the implementation of practical MAV\/NAV&#8217;s into the real world.<\/p>\n<p>A good overview from the DARPA NAV perspective is given here by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.micropropulsion.com\/pubs\/papers\/NAV_MicroPropulsionFinalFinalCleared_012810.pdf\">MicroPropulsion Corporation\u00a0<\/a>of the US (Jan 2010).<\/p>\n<p>A review of the history
