La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 principale des montres \u00e0 moutarde est qu\u2019elles peuvent distribuer la moutarde selon les besoins (th\u00e9or\u00e8me 1) tout en conservant une potentialit\u00e9 d\u2019affichage d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision de 30 secondes (th\u00e9or\u00e8me 2).
