Key Points
- Core team members presented their work during the last week:
- Legal issues: Najat discussed the risks related to using the system for money laundry and how to mitigate it.
- Security Issues: Eunwon had researched about how to handily security issues in the proposed system
- System Mockup: Muhammad Faisal presented a mockup of the system.
- Discussion was made about the system name, Names were added into a poll in the team Facebook group. Suggested names were:
- QuidLink (Jessica), 3 Votes
- Dekko (Tim), 1 Vote
- Pnyup (Tim) 1 Vote
- TransacLink (Najat) 1 Vote
- Clarified the system scope : the system can’t be used for payments only unless a transaction was made from the seller/money requester.
- Discussed the liability issues towards the seller and buyer. Initially this is out of the system scope since it is a social payment system not a merchant payment system. This issue will be studied further on.
