Key Points

First meeting with our mentor – Jonathan Scott. Discussion were about:-

• Project
  • We present all the ideas from blog post #1. And decide to proceed with Micro Payment System.
  • Jonathan told to differentiate our project with similar things such as the Square Cash or Paypal, by doing SWOT analysis and showing specific flow of the system
  • Survey / Focus Group need to be conducted, to get useful feedback to support our project.
• Blog
  • Regarding the content, Jonathan mentioned to include all of the ideas, information about each member, comparing analysis with similar project (SWOT) and Gantt Chart to keep track of time.
• Presentation
  • Our mentor mentioned that prototype are not necessary, but we can do video to show the flow and process. And to avoid doing live presentation such as play-acting
