In this post I will explain how we designed the survey. We discussed the questions together and I was responsible of the survey design. The survey has 15 questions. The first few questions were chosen to be easy and simple to encourage people to complete the survey. Also I used multiple choice answers and some text input answers.
In the beginning the survey shows introduction about the system and two storyboard. That is to explain the system we are aiming to develop and its benefits.
The first questions will help us identify which age group is more likely to use the product so we can target this age in product marketing.
The second question will also help in identifying the most used social networks the marketing on it.
The third question will give an idea about the type of electronic payments that users currently use and satisfy their needs.
The fourth question is about the frequency of electronic payments use. This can help in indicating the frequency of use for our social payment system (QuidLink).
The fifth question is related directly to our system since it asks about buying things through social networks. This can show if users accepts buying things through their social networks.
