Following last\u00a0year\u2019s huge\u00a0success, we are all very excited to announce the return of\u00a0Share The Sound Festival<\/strong>\u00a0(2016). If you were involved with, or attended the event in March 2015, you will of course be itching\u00a0to know who will be playing at our next\u00a0musical extravaganza. If however you haven\u2019t heard about us yet \u2013 here\u2019s all you need to know.<\/p>\n

Share The Sound Festival<\/strong>\u00a0is an annual live music event created for unsigned, up and coming acts looking to make their mark of the thriving live music scene in Southampton. Last year\u00a0the festival was held over 2 brilliant days at The Talking Heads pub, which we are thrilled to be returning to next\u00a0time around. We are passionate about bringing in an eclectic mixture of new and unique acts, and last\u00a0year we showcased an enormous variety of\u00a0genres from pop and jazz to rock and rap. If you weren\u2019t one of the lucky ones who attended,\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0is a short video of STS 2015.<\/p>\n

As for 2016\u2019s Share The Sound Festival, all systems are go! We are currently finalising our fantastic line-up; we\u2019ve received over 25 applications and we\u2019re sure it will consist of a hugely talented and diverse list of bands and acoustic acts. The festival will be held on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 March 2016, from 6pm-late each night. To keep up to date with our line-up announcements, ticket information and progress head over to our social media sites \u2013 you\u2019ll find links to these in the menu on the right.<\/p>\n
