All were well received. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/ac20g11.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Andri Christodoulou<\/a> gave a talk about the LifeLab \u2018Meet the Scientist\u2019 project which engages teenagers with scientists; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/cg1o07.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Caro Garrett<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/wr1y08.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Willeke Rietdijk<\/a> summarised the of findings of the national Action Research in Physics project which we were funded to evaluate; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/mmg1.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Marcus Grace<\/a> led a discussion about the future of Biological Education Research which has led to the decision to run this as the main theme in next year\u2019s European Research in Didactics of Biology\u00a0 (<a href=\"http:\/\/eridob.net.technion.ac.il\/\" target=\"_blank\">ERIDOB<\/a>) conference. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/jb5.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Jenny Byrne<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southampton.ac.uk\/education\/about\/staff\/wr1y08.page?\" target=\"_blank\">Willeke Rietdijk<\/a>\u00a0 also participated \u00a0in the PriSciNet \u00a0conference ( a conference within the ESERA conference) and led discussions about enquiry based science education in primary schools across Europe.
