{"id":5461,"date":"2017-11-10T18:59:45","date_gmt":"2017-11-10T18:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/mang2049\/?p=5461"},"modified":"2017-11-10T18:59:45","modified_gmt":"2017-11-10T18:59:45","slug":"general-feedback-intro-posts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/mang2049\/2017\/11\/10\/general-feedback-intro-posts\/","title":{"rendered":"General Feedback on Intro Posts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As we discussed in the Live session earlier, here are a few points of general feedback on your Introductory posts:<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no need to repeat back what we\u2019ve already given to you &#8211; focus on taking the discussion further (by means of an update, or provide a different perspective, or compare with examples from your own experience)<\/p>\n<p>Make sure that all the substantive points you make are evidenced and that you\u2019ve provided the specific reference for this.<\/p>\n<p>Language &#8211; blogging is informal but there is no excuse (ever!) for using terms like \u201cgonna\u201d or \u201cgotten\u201d or \u201ckinda\u201d&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you credit the original source of all images (not just that it came from \u201cgoogle\u201d) and that its re-use is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you included your actual self test results!
