Hi all, I am Nancy, I just recently graduated with an Economic degree. I have organised a few cultural events such as \u201cGlobal Village\u201d, \u201cInternational Cultural Night\u201d, I am also going to be the International Student\u2019s Officer next year. I am really excited to work with the ICS team this summer.<\/p>\n

Hello everyone! My name is Caitlin and I too am a recent graduate and have just finished my degree in Spanish and Portuguese. Having spent my Year Abroad helping plan events with an environmental charity in Brazil, I\u2019m hoping that I\u2019ll be able to utilise the skills I gained over that period during my time with ICS.<\/p>\n

Over the next 12 weeks, together we\u2019ll be organising, planning and ultimately, in January 2016, delivering the Intercultural Connections Southampton Festival. Having both lived in Southampton for a number of years, we appreciate how culturally diverse both the city and the University of Southampton are, and are therefore really looking forward to putting on an event which will encourage intercultural exchanges and strengthen international ties across the community.\u00a0 We\u2019ll be posting about our progress every week, so make sure you keep up-to-date by checking this page every Friday!<\/p>\n
