Hive considers itself responsible for the safety of users. Therefore, we would attempt to control the safety of our network in two main ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Creating and making the option to report abusive or offensive content available to users.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Use machine-learning algorithms to detect spams and offensive keywords, and automatically ban them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What are the red lines in Hive:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Violence and Threats
    \n<\/strong> Threaten to harm others or organize acts of real-world violence is breaking the law. Hive would remove the content, block the responsible user(s) and may communicate the matter to law enforcement depending on the situation. Theft and vandalism are prohibited in Hive.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Self-Harm
    \n<\/strong> Hive acts against any promotion or encouragement of self-harm.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Bullying and Harassment
    \n<\/strong> Hive is open for users to freely express their interests as long as they do not bother others. Hive would strictly take action based on reports of abusive or offensive behaviours.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Hate Speech
    \n<\/strong> Hive is place to let people express what they love. Attacking people and their beliefs would be banned in Hive.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Graphic Violence
    \n<\/strong> Sharing unpleasant photos and videos or those for sadistic pleasure is not allowed in Hive.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Nudity and Pornography
    \n<\/strong> Hive is strictly against the sharing of nudity or pornographic-related content on the site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Identity and Privacy
    \n<\/strong> Creating a fake account, using other people\u2019s name on the account or similar behaviour is prohibited in Hive because it is considered as harmful behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Intellectual Property
    \n<\/strong> Sharing content requires the correct rights to do so. Hive respects copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights and would not allow any one to breach it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Phishing and Spam
    \n<\/strong> The aim of us is to build a network for our user in which they can find valuable opinions and connect to people with the same taste. Therefore, we would try to stand against any threat to our users\u2019 privacy and security.
