We have interviewed over 100 staff and students across all faculties and asked them what feedback practice worked for them.<\/p>\n<p>The outcome of our research is a <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/feedbackchampions\/\">new\u00a0website<\/a>, which is dedicated to sharing good feedback practice across the university and promoting a holistic view of feedback as an on-going dialogue between all members of the University community. The website offers tips and advice for students to understand what\u00a0feedback is, how they can\u00a0recognise it and make the most of it.
