{"id":23,"date":"2010-03-24T14:42:06","date_gmt":"2010-03-24T14:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/ecert\/?p=23"},"modified":"2010-03-24T14:42:06","modified_gmt":"2010-03-24T14:42:06","slug":"monthly-meeting-24-03-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/ecert\/2010\/03\/24\/monthly-meeting-24-03-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Monthly meeting 24.03.2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here are the outcomes of the discussed topics from today\u2019s project monthly meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Discussed:<\/p>\n<p>* Review of progress to date:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have done the problem analysis, use case scenarios, requirements analysis, and specification<\/li>\n<li>working on the demonstrator design<\/li>\n<li>started looking into technical issues that may affect the design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Review of progress against the work plan submitted to JISC &#8211; Progress OK, a bit behind, but will catch up soon:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have completed the workpackage1, the demonstrator requirements and specification (but haven\u2019t put it on project website yet)<\/li>\n<li>still working on the workpackage2, the demonstrator design &#8211; we are behind on this task!<\/li>\n<li>have started investigate required technique for the code library that indentified in the design process \u2013 we are ahead on this task!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n<p>* David:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>backup plan if Tao can\u2019t come back on time<\/li>\n<li>make sure everything is in the blog and wiki<\/li>\n<li>check completion report requirements<\/li>\n<li>budget tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Lisha<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check licensing, IPR<\/li>\n<li>Note dependencies (using other code libraries)<\/li>\n<li>Technical documentation (e.g. javadoc, XCRI)<\/li>\n<li>Provide source &amp; jar file<\/li>\n<li>Design docs, UML diagrams<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrator: web application or stand alone?<\/li>\n<li>Test plan \u2013 should be ready to present at April\u2019s monthly meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Tao<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coding + documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are the outcomes of the discussed topics from today\u2019s project monthly meeting.
