A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcc.ac.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/IDCC16\/Parallel%20B\/Session%202\/Colin%20Bird.pdf\">PDF of the talk<\/a> is available for download from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcc.ac.uk\/events\/idcc16\/programme\">Conference programme<\/a>.
