Anya De Iongh
Anya has spoken at a number of conferences and given lectures about her experience as a patient, to educate healthcare professionals, students and those working in the NHS about the issues facing people with long-term health conditions.
Anya is also giving a number of lectures to medical schools and other university faculties about the biopsychosocial model of disease and her experiences of making the transition from full-time medical student to full-time patient.
