Education is therefore key! Sustainable Practice will be embedded in PhD student induction training as part of the current Safety course (CHEM6116) \u2013 a requirement for all new recruits.<\/p>\n<p>We adopted a \u2018learn by doing\u2019 approach where students audit each other&#8217;s research operations and provided critical feedback.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Undergraduate Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The undergraduate laboratories have implemented water saving measures in the form of closed loop cooling for all rotary evaporators.
