Hi all! We have recently been informed of free access to a important resource: The Financial Times! This has been funded by the library and the Business School, and will be very useful for you to access material for your assignments and general interest. Because of this free access, we will be sharing a lot more Financial Times articles on our Social Media feeds, so make sure you know how to access them! I have included some instructions below from Harry Gibbs, who is a faculty librarian:<\/p>\n

How to register for an account<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on\u00a0https:\/\/sso.ft.com\/sso\/auth?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fwebauth.soton.ac.uk%2Fshibboleth<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Log in with your University username and password<\/li>\n
  3. Enter your email address (this does not have to be your University email address)<\/li>\n
  4. Choose an FT password<\/li>\n
  5. Complete and submit the form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to access\u00a0FT.com<\/a>\u00a0(after registration)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    There are two options:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to\u00a0www.ft.com<\/a>and sign in with your email address and FT password<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the link above (this will soon be added to the Library website) and log in with your University username and password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
