After discussing the format, we have come to some decisions regarding the pitch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the pitch is only 5 minutes we have decided that 2 members of the team will be responsible for delivering the pitch while the other team members will focus on answering questions from the panel.<\/li>\n<li>We have decided that 1 male and 1 female will present and the sections of the pitch will be mostly split between the technical and non-technical aspects of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Further meetings are scheduled and plans are already being drawn up on how to make the presentation as interactive as possible.<\/li>\n<li>We will have a trial Dragon&#8217;s Den next Thursday in order for all members to prepare. We will draft a number of example questions and will try re-create the event by posing these questions and putting team members on the spot to answer. Likewise, there will be practice runs of the full Dragon&#8217;s Den pitch at the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>We have already looked into good hints and tips in presentation techniques and will adopt as many as we can to create the best pitch possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hopefully we will be ready and we look forward to the event!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In our meeting on 30\/04\/2015 we have begun preparations for our Dragon&#8217;s Den pitch.
