Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The University of Southampton is committed to support the career development of its fixed term staff. As part of this, the University is a signatory to the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers <\/a>(a nationally important document), which details the expectations and responsibilities of researchers, their managers, employers and funders. These seven key principles <\/a>align with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for their Recruitment<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As part of the implementation strategy for the Concordat, each Faculty was asked to submit a Concordat Implementation Plan.<\/p>\n
