Academic career pathways can be complex, surrounded by\u00a0uncertainty and\u00a0a wide range of demands. This is particularly true for women\u2019s careers, where there may be\u00a0multiple-role commitments and a non-traditional pathway in which to follow! With careful planning, perhaps over the longer term, and with support from colleagues and mentors, women can and do triumph!<\/p>\n
