This section is dedicated to Early Career Researchers, or ECRs within the Faculty. In this section, you’ll find information on what the University definitions are for an Early Career Researcher, examples of other ECR definitions from\u00a0funders and the REF,\u00a0training programmes and support that is offered by the Faculty and the University.<\/p>\n

ECRs require a different kind of support to other staff and our Faculty is working with the University and other working groups to provide a comprehensive support and training programme for all our ECR staff.<\/p>\n
