Print Competition – University of Southampton (£200 Prize)
The University is launching a competition to find an original piece of student artwork that can be recreated as a print. The artwork should depict an outside space on one of our campuses or Halls of Residence that is significant to you. You could paint or draw your chosen space at any time of year; think the Red Brick during the Christmas market or the Valley Gardens in Spring- the possibilities are endless!
The winner will receive a £200 prize as well as the opportunity to have their design produced as part of a limited run. The design will be used by the University as a promotional item and sold through our online store and on the Graduation gift stand. The winner will also receive 3 of the finished prints.
Entrants should submit one design as a JPEG, which is accompanied by a short explanation (no more than 100 words) on why the space is important to you.
