Disney Interactive – International Games Production Internship

Disney Interactive is seeking an International Production intern to work at their offices in Hammersmith, London. This internship would ideally suit a Games Design & Art student who meets the following criteria.

The role:

The International production intern is responsible for the day to the day to day running and maintenance of the EMEA burn lab. You will also be responsible for support of the international production team on products coming from Mobile, Social, Online and Core Games. You’ll be required to perform other production related duties as necessary (code demonstrations, Devon updates, documenting processes, creating presentations etc). Day to day running, managing and maintenance of EMEA burn lab. You will be responsible for EMEA burn lab security, flagging issues relating to hardware/software management in International Production and working remotely with the central Technology Management team in Glendale (CA, USA) and any affiliate offices.

About you: 

  • MUST be an undergraduate returning to full time education in September 2017
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK
  • Applicants will have a studied or be studying a relevant degree discipline – Gaming etc
  • Proficient with internal tools such as DEVON, Jira and Confluence
  • Solid knowledge of video games/social media/online casual gaming
  • Organised and flexible in their approach to work
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work within virtual teams in remote location offices and different timeframes
  • Be passionate about working behind the scenes in an admin heavy role
