EVENT: The PCK of Social Science Research Methods Teachers and why it Matters @ ECER 2017

In August, Melanie Nind and Sarah Lewthwaite will be presenting a new paper at the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER), this year located in Copenhagen, Denmark (22nd-25th August). The conference theme this year is ‘Reforming Education and the Imperative of Constant Change: Ambivalent roles of policy and educational research, and the schedule promises a fascinating insight on the state of the art in education in 2017. Titled ‘The Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Social Science Research Methods Teachers and Why it Matters’, the paper (the first of two from our project) will be presented as part of the Research in Higher Education stream.
