Debugging is for programs, and for static source codes.
THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMAN BEINGS!!
For a human, there is a personality, there is a variable mood, the debugging process can not be on the source code level. The debugging or improvements or optimization can be done when the power is on and also the ability of understanding things is also a factor.
Hence, do not debug human beings, do not debug on real things. Insist on my own feeling, trust myself. Insist on doing my own work, with my own interests and own pursuits. Working with others should never stand against the fact that I have my own feeling, the fact that I can have my own schedule and hobby.
